The Dobashien Tea Company holds pride in their "Akari" sencha blend which produces a deep emerald color when steeped. Many people who drink this tea are surprised that it is a sencha which tastes like it has matcha in it, however, it does not include any matcha. Made with tea leaves from the ichibancha (first flush) harvest, please enjoy the subtle aroma and refreshing sweetness as the flavors melt gradually in your mouth.

The Akari comes from their Kakegawa Series, meaning it is tea that was harvested in the Kakegawa region in Shizuoka Prefecture.
