Occasionally, orders may require additional customs processing for import. We will aid you to the fullest extent of our ability. If your order does not arrive within ONE month from shipment due to no fault of your own, we will replace or refund your order at no extra cost. We reserve the right to refuse shipment if we think delivery to your address may be difficult. This guarantee does not apply if recipient neglects or refuses to pay customs fees & import taxes, neglects to retrieve an order held at a post office or distribution center, or if the order is not deliverable due to a wrong address. Yunomi.life's Explorations Subscription Box delivers a wide variety of unique Japanese teas to you four times a year. We hope this will help you or your loved one explore Japan through tea tasting. Enjoy a variety of green teas of course, but also folk teas from rural villages, uniquely Japanese black and oolong tea, roasted teas, and more.
In every box, you'll receive eleven teas (10 grams each), two ingredients (non-tea herbs or dried fruit, etc — what we call "tisanes" in the tea industry) that can be blended with your tea or enjoyed by themselves, and finally two snacks unique to Japan to enjoy with your tea. (Disclaimer: We assume you have no food allergies. If you do, please contact us prior to consuming.)

All of the items are, of course, produced in Japan, and will come from Yunomi.life Partners — small-scale, often family-owned tea farms, factories, and artisanal food producers.
The box will also contain descriptions of each item, and blending suggestions in case you want to try creating your own blended teas with the included tea blending ingredients.
